On 24 December 2014, The National Health and Family Planning Commission of the People’s Republic of China (NHFPC) has published a Notice (No. 21 of 2014) to approve 37 China national standards.
These new approved national standards mainly involve 4 aspects, namely, food additives, testing methods, specific food products and hygienic practice for food operation. And above all, GB 2760-2014 Food safety national standards for the usage of food additives is replacing GB 2760-2011 , which came into force 3 years ago.
