In accordance with Food Safety Law of China (2015 version), FSMP products should get registered with CFDA. According to the Notice on Transitional Period of FSMP Registration (No.139, 2017), since January 1st, 2019, all FSMP products produced in China or imported to China should get the FSMP registration certificate under CFDA, and indicate the registration number on the label and instruction book. Until August 14th, 2018, there are 13 FSMP products have been approved by Chinese government. This accelerative approval will speed up the Chinese FSMP market development.
In this webinar, we will compare the regulations across different counties and talk about the current situation of FSMP in China, which may help your company further understand the Chinese FSMP market.
