Lila Tao, Senior Regulatory Consultant, CIRS China
Ms. Lila Tao has worked in CIRS group for several years and has served numerous enterprises to comply with global chemical regulations, including China REACH, EU REACH, Global GHS, K-REACH, etc. She has rich experience in new substance registration under China MEE Order No. 7 and a deep understanding of China MEE Order No. 12, and also provides support on a range of China chemical regulatory issues for dozens of enterprises from chemical industries.

Mr. Dean Winder is a member of our European office based in Dublin, Ireland. He received his BSc. in Pharmaceutical Science and is currently finishing his MSc. in Organic Chemistry in the Technological University of Dublin. He combines his knowledge of the chemical industry and his research experience to provide regulatory consultancy services, specialising in the industrial chemical sector.
